Awaken the pioneer in you - here’s how

Spring is the season of growth, expansion, and movement. In Chinese Medicine this energy is connected to the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, the organ systems associated with vision, direction, planning, and the ability to move forward with clarity.
The Pioneer within you
The Liver and Gallbladder are often described through the archetype of the Pioneer. This is the part of you that senses direction, that feels where life wants to move, that carries vision and the impulse to bring something into the world.
It is the energy that helps you begin, decide, and move forward.
When the Liver asks for support
When the system is carrying more than it can easily process, that movement may feel harder to access. You might notice hesitation, frustration, or the experience of feeling stuck.
From a Chinese Medicine perspective, the Liver is closely connected to the smooth flow of energy, emotions, and digestion. When that flow becomes strained, the body often gives signals.
You might recognize this as:
- a feeling of heaviness in the body
- irritability or quickly rising frustration
- tension in the shoulders, neck, or jaw
- digestive discomfort or bloating
- low or fluctuating energy
- difficulty making decisions
- feeling unclear about direction
- waking between 1:00 and 3:00 AM
Spring is the season where this Pioneer energy begins to stir again.
When this energy is supported and flowing, there is often a greater sense of clarity and orientation. You can feel what is yours to do, and there is enough inner steadiness to take steps in that direction.
That is why Spring is such a powerful time for a cleanse.
The liver is one of the body’s great processors, constantly working to filter, break down, and clear. When we support that process through lighter nourishment, we often feel the effects far beyond digestion: more mental clarity, steadier energy, and greater ease in the body.
Our annual Green Detox is designed to support this seasonal momentum.
Through eleven guided days of green meals, seasonal recipes, daily support, and Kundalini Yoga practice, you create conditions that support the body’s natural detoxification processes and help lighten the overall load on the system.
And the good news is: you don’t have to do it alone!
From the 17th till the 27th of April we gather LIVE every morning for our Kundalini Yoga practice, a powerful boost to cleanse your body in only 30 minutes. This group support will definitely help you to make this detox a success!
We can’t wait to embark on this beautiful reset with you and will guide you through the process step by step.
