Teacher Training 2024 / 25
This Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is designed to give you all the tools you need to become a teacher with a broad understanding and experience in how to teach and create transformational experiences with yoga, breath-work, mantra, meditation and ceremony.
The wisdom traditions shared with you within the frame of this training do not only consist of the teachings from the yogic traditions, such as the Eightfold Path of Yoga, but incorporate teachings from all corners of the world making this training cross-cultural and universal.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
Online & in-person
The four foundational modules of this training taught in 2024 can either be followed online or in-person (hosted in Amsterdam, the Netherlands). In the first year of this training you will receive all the theory and practice you need to become a teacher in four foundational modules.
In the second year (2025) we bring everything full circle with two residential weeks that fully focus on sequencing and teaching. These two teacher training weeks (hosted in the Netherlands) need to be attended in person as you will spend a lot of time teaching classes.

First year (2024)
Four self-mastery modules
This part of your training is offered to you throughout the course of a year with one module per season. Each of the four seasons has a specific quality and energy which will be interwoven into how the module is presented to you, allowing you to learn and embody their teachings, wisdom and medicine. Themes
Energetic roadmaps
In this training we follow the energetic roadmaps handed down to us through time. You will learn to speak the language of energy, expressed through postures (asanas), breath-work (pranayama), mudra (seals of energy) and mantra. To further your understanding of why yoga works the way it does, you will be offered the foundations of:
√. Ayurveda
√. Traditional Chinese Medicine
√. Modern Physical Anatomy
√. Several forms of Energy Healing

EXPLORATION
The power of ceremony
As we journey through several stages together, we will also explore the power of ritual and ceremony as important allies that support our communion with spirit, marking points of transition.
Committing to this training means you will first and foremost commit to yourself, to your own healing, your own process of growth and transformation because it’s only through walking this path ourselves we can authentically share it with others.

After practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years I switched to Kundalini in 2011 and I am teaching on a daily basis ever since. My classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of my life and I am passionate about sharing this technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and I founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.

I integrate the teachings of Kundalini Yoga with Psychology. An early fascination for the mind made me choose to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. Now, I love sharing yogic knowledge via the online Kundalini Yoga School. Besides Kundalini Yoga classes and private consultations with individuals, I also lead journeys & retreats at inspiring locations worldwide. I am grateful guiding students to establish themselves in their hearts, towards a life filled with compassion and kindness.
