11 years ago I took my first Kundalini Yoga class and I've been hooked ever since. This past decade has been fully dedicated to teach, practice, create and share meaningful Kundalini Yoga experiences.
And now I’m ready to take the next step in the form of our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in which I’m pouring my heart & soul. I can feel this training in my bones, it’s something ancient that wants to be shared again.
Learn to speak the language of energy
This training is based on everything we have learned along the way that is now our foundation from where we create new Kundalini Yoga sequences. It is designed to give you all the knowhow you need to become a teacher with a broad understanding and experience in how to teach and create transformational experiences. You will learn to speak the language of energy, expressed through postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), mudra (seals of energy), mantra, meditation and ceremony.
Ancient roadmaps
The wisdom traditions shared with you within the frame of this training do not only consist of the teachings from the yogic traditions, such as the Eightfold Path of Yoga, but incorporate teachings from all corners of the world making this training cross-cultural and universal. We follow the energetic roadmaps handed down to us through time. You will for example be offered the foundations of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern physical anatomy and several forms of energy healing, to further your understanding of why yoga works the way it does.
Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
If you feel the call to create and share this practice from your own understanding and intuition, we’ll be very happy to provide you with all the necessary tools in this training. We start in February next year with the four foundational modules that can either be followed online or in-person in Amsterdam. The following year we gather in-person for two weeks to dive deep into the nitty gritty of creating and teaching classes.
