KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic yoga style with a spiritual and holistic approach. Within a single session you will find yourself practising classical asanas, breathwork, mudra, rhythmic exercises and chanting. You don't necessarily need to be flexible but the practice will stretch your comfort zone in many ways, allowing you to expand your awareness, release emotional and physical tension, build strength and vigour, become physically and mentally stronger and healthier, transcend your limitations and feel deeply connected to yourself. In short Kundalini Yoga is a great tool to experience yourself in a whole other way, giving you access to your full potential.

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection, and thus the backbone of your spiritual growth. We offer 11, 22 & 40 days Sadhanas that has a profound ripple effect into your experience of daily life.

BREAKING HABITS SADHANA
In this 22 days Sadhana we are diving deep into our roots through discovering and working with the first three chakras (lower triangle) to understand more about our habits, instincts and desires. You’ll gain more clarity about how the emotions linked to these chakras show up in your life and bring healing where needed so you can stop unnecessarily repeating the past.

KUNDALINI SHAKTI SADHANA
In the daily guidance we explore the many teachings that were given on the topic Kundalini in different traditions and do the necessary inner work to help clear the blocks that impede our consciousness coming into full blossoming. We practice and meditate to invite the Kundalini Shakti, the energy of awareness, to flow.

In this session we set a foundation for Self-Healing as we zoom into the workings of the Vayus: the 5 different functions of Prana in the human body. With specific yogic practices we allow a natural balance of the Vayus to occur; this brings harmony and balance to body and mind.
