Removing the Blocks Sadhana
In this 11-day Sadhana, we will explore attachments and the impact of past actions. Through daily mantra meditation, you will begin to release blocks and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. This practice allows you to step out of the cycle of karma (action and reaction) and consciously choose actions aligned with your higher self.

Meet the founders
We are Marieke and Tim, and for over ten years, we've been devoted to practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga. Since 2016, we’ve been sharing our passion and insights with a global community through our online platform, Kundalini Yoga School. Our aim is to offer a space where the wisdom and transformative power of Kundalini Yoga can be accessible to everyone, wherever you are.
In our school, we create and teach Kundalini Yoga sequences based on the knowledge we've gained over the years, drawing from yogic scriptures and traditions. Through asanas, meditation, pranayama, mantra and Kundalini exercises, we guide you in working with Kundalini Shakti. A journey that leads to expanded consciousness and self-discovery. Read more

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic yoga style with a spiritual and holistic approach. Within a single session you will find yourself practising classical asanas, breath-work, mudra, rhythmic exercises and chanting. You don't necessarily need to be flexible but the practice will stretch your comfort zone in many ways, allowing you to expand your awareness, release emotional and physical tension, build strength and vigour, become physically and mentally stronger and healthier, transcend your limitations and feel deeply connected to yourself.

What is Kundalini Yoga, and how is it different from other yoga styles?
Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the dormant energy at the base of the spine through a combination of postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), mudras, chanting (mantras), and meditation. Kundalini Yoga emphasizes spiritual growth, energy awakening, and mental clarity, offering a deeply transformative experience.
Can beginners join the Kundalini Yoga School, or is it only for experienced practitioners?
Absolutely! Our school welcomes practitioners of all levels. Whether you're completely new to Kundalini Yoga or an experienced Yoga Teacher, we offer a variety of Yoga sets and meditations, Sadhanas and trainings designed for everyone. When you're new to the school you can start with our free videos to get a taste of what we are offering.
What kind of courses and programs do you offer?
We offer a range of programs, including:
- Free video library for those starting out.
- A newly designed Kundalini Yoga sequence each month that you can access on-demand.
- Sadhanas with focused practices with daily guidance for 11, 22 and 40 days.
- Energy Medicine Membership, providing curated content aligned with monthly energies.

How does the online learning platform work?
We offer both livestreams and on-demand classes directly on our website, so you can join live sessions or access them later at your convenience.
Our deepening courses (Sadhanas) and longer trainings, like Walking the Wheel and the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, are hosted in our online learning platform. This platform is easy to use and accessible from any device, allowing you to learn and practice at your own pace. You can track your progress, participate in discussion boards, ask questions, and engage with a supportive community throughout your journey.
What is a Sadhana, and how do I participate in one?
A Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice aimed at personal transformation. Each month, we offer a new Sadhana focused on a specific theme or area of practice. You can start a Sadhana at any time and commit to 11, 22, or 40 days of focused practice, following our guided sessions and daily reflections. Learn more
Can I access the content at any time, or are there live classes?
Each month, we share a newly designed Kundalini Yoga sequence live on our website. You can join the class in real-time, or watch the replay afterward. This video will stay available on demand until the next month's livestream.
How do I join the community and connect with other students?
By becoming a member of the School, or enrolling in a Sadhana or Training, you'll gain access to our online community space. This space allows you to share your progress, ask questions, and connect with other like-minded individuals on a similar journey. Our platform encourages meaningful interaction through discussion forums, where you can exchange ideas, offer support, and receive guidance from peers and instructors.
What is the difference between Walking the Wheel & your Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training?
Walking the Wheel is the first year of our Teacher Training and can also be taken as a standalone program. It focuses on your personal development, helping you explore the healing power of yoga, meditation, and various modalities, while discovering your own unique gifts. This training is offered 100% online, and can also be followed in-person, allowing you to complete it at your own pace.
In contrast, the second year of the Teacher Training focuses on how to teach Kundalini Yoga and share the "medicine" with others. This includes two in-person residential weeks in the Netherlands, where you'll dive deep into sequencing and hands-on teaching experience. What are the requirements to join the 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training?
The 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is open to anyone ready to commit to a deeper understanding of Kundalini Yoga. While previous yoga experience is helpful, it is not required. The program is designed to guide you through the principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga, incorporating teachings from both yogic traditions and the medicine wheel. Upon completion, you'll be eligible for certification.
