This meditation is part of an ancient science that is very sacred and simple. It is a meditation to qualify yourself and tune into the higher frequency where you can honour and respect yourself.

When you join our Online Kundalini Yoga Sadhana we will support you via daily emails to do your daily Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice (Sadhana). You receive clear instructions and guidance to ‘keep up’ and live your full potential.
