New Moon in Capricorn - What is there to hold you?

This weekend we meet a New Moon in Capricorn, a moment that brings a simple and essential question into focus:
What are you willing to commit to?
Capricorn invites us to look at what can truly support life as it is lived, day by day, in ways that are practical, present, and sustainable.
A New Moon always marks a beginning. In Capricorn, that beginning is grounded and oriented toward the long term. It invites us to feel into what can hold us over time, what we can return to again and again, even when life is full or our energy is low.
It is about choosing something steady enough to meet you exactly where you are, and to support you as life continues to unfold.
That is why we are offering the Live Sadhana “Come As You Are” at this New Moon. A shared practice to land in the body, to meet yourself honestly, and to begin from where you are right now. We start on Sunday the 18th of January, and it is not too late to join.
This Sadhana is part of Path of the Soul, our year-long container for practice, reflection, and living in rhythm with the seasons. By joining Path of the Soul now, you receive access to all the Sadhanas of 2026, each one offering a steady place to return to yourself throughout the year.
If committing to the full year does not feel aligned at this moment, you can also join the Come As You Are Sadhana on its own and practice on demand:
This New Moon in Capricorn supports discernment. It invites us to choose what we are willing to tend, and to give it the time and attention it needs.
May you choose wisely.
