11 days of Kundalini Meditation

We all have intuition, we just need to create the space to listen to it. The most effective way to access your intuition is meditation and Kundalini Yoga offers many efficient techniques that can easily fit into your day.

 

In this Information Age with its constant input and distraction, having a strong intuition is essential. It supports you to discern true from false, in making decisions, staying connected to what feels right for you, how you use your energy and having a sense of direction. 

In this Sadhana we come together each morning from Saturday the 16 until Tuesday the 26th of May to practice a meditation that hands you the yogic key to unlock your intuition by working on the command centers of consciousness, the pituitary gland and the Ajna Chakra aka your Third Eye

Staying consistent with a practice can be challenging when you have to do it on your own. That’s why we practice together! All you need to do is show up and join the live online practice (Zoom) from 7.00 till 7.30 AM CEST. We’ll do a little Kundalini warm up and then meditate together. If you can’t join live, we’ll share the recording directly after the session.
