All I want for Christmas ...

We are approaching Christmas, celebrating Christ, the return of the light, whilst the land where his feet once touched the ground is experiencing an unprecedented catastrophe, the utter darkness we as human beings can inflict upon each other.

Let us unite to bundle our prayers, to envision peace, to send our love, to practice forgiveness, to channel the grief, hold space for all the trauma. History keeps repeating itself until the wounds are healed, but before that to even happen we need to have the eyes to see and the heart to feel.

Let’s not look away, let’s show up with our human hearts, bringing the polarities together, recognizing we are all human beings who long to live in peace, who long to see their children safe, happy and blossoming. Let us not enter the trap of division, staying trapped on either side, this is what keeps us going in the same circles again and again. If we want the circle to become a spiral, like the liberating power of the Kundalini, the spiraling Shakti that sets us free, we need to unite. When we are able to do that, when we are able to hold the polarities, we enter the center and we set ourselves free.

It is often said that Kundalini is dangerous. This is because once she flows you can no longer be controlled by narratives that divide, once she flows, you are liberated out of the stories that manipulate you, keep you small and fearful, believing that what you do or say doesn’t matter or have an impact.

It is time for humanity to wake up, to realize our potential that arises once we step out of the paradigm that is presented to us as being our human destiny. Our destiny is not to wage wars, destroy the earth or kill each other. Our destiny is to fully embody the Divine right here on earth, our destiny is to realize we are living in paradise. Our destiny is to remember and feel that love is the cause of our very existence. Our destiny is to be a living expression of love.

Together this Christmas we can birth this love into the world, each and every one of us plays a part in the rebirth of the light! Especially when the world seems so dark, especially now! Don’t be afraid to step into your power, to use your voice, to take a stand for peace, for humanity. We are all in this together, we are brother and sisters. Don’t fall into despair, or hopelessness, this takes away your power. Fall into community, reach out, speak to each other, connect and be fully devoted to love. Once you do, you will become a vessel of love, and this, we feel, was the message of Christ. And this is our Christmas prayer for all of us this year.

Aho, Amen, And so it is.
