Welcome to our 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, a path of initiation into the living intelligence of Kundalini Shakti.
This training is both a personal journey and a professional foundation. It supports you to deepen your own practice, build a steady understanding of Yogic and energetic principles, and develop the skills to guide others with confidence and integrity. Over the course of the training, you’ll learn how to structure classes, sequence practices, use breath and awareness as tools for transformation, and hold space for individual and collective growth.
Rooted in ancient Yogic tradition, this training unfolds as a cyclical journey, mirroring the rhythm of nature and the spiral of awakening itself. Each season opens a new doorway, guiding you through embodiment, integration, and alignment with the creative pulse of life.
You may walk this path as a one-year training for personal deepening, or continue into the second year immersion to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.

How What Why
This training invites you to step into the heart of Kundalini Yoga. Through direct experience, you’ll learn to attune to the subtle language of energy and recognize Kundalini as the sacred force already alive within.
You’ll explore how and what to practice and you’ll discover why these teachings work, unpacking the energetic principles that give Kundalini Yoga its meaning and power. Insights from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Earth-based wisdom illuminate this understanding, revealing the blueprints that connect the physical, mental, and subtle dimensions of practice.
This integration brings depth to your personal practice and authenticity to your teaching.

What you’ll learn in Year One
The first year of the training lays the foundation for everything that follows. It’s a year of personal transformation and deep study, a journey of embodying the teachings of Kundalini Yoga so they become part of your lived experience. You’ll immerse yourself in the core practices of the tradition and explore how body, breath, sound, and awareness interweave to awaken the subtle energy system. Each module offers new insight into how Yoga restores balance, clears stagnation, and opens pathways for consciousness to expand.
Over the course of the year, you’ll work with and experience:
√. Asana – postures that balance and strengthen the body
√. Pranayama – breathwork that refines awareness and expands vitality
√. Mudra – energy seals that direct and channel subtle flow
√. Mantra – repetition of sacred sound that clears and elevates consciousness
√. Meditation – cultivating stillness, presence, and clarity
This foundational year builds both understanding and sensitivity. It gives you the tools to regulate your own energy, stabilize the nervous system, and experience Yoga as a direct conversation with Kundalini Shakti, preparing the ground for the second year, when the focus shifts toward teaching and transmission.

Foundational Training & Teaching Immersion
The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (300 hours) unfolds over two years. The first year forms the foundation, a personal journey of deepening, embodiment, and self-mastery. The second year is a teaching immersion, where what has been integrated within you begins to take expression through the art of transmission.
You may choose to walk only the first year as a stand-alone training, a complete path in itself for those who wish to explore the teachings for personal growth and energetic alignment without the intention to teach.

Year 1 — Foundation in Practice and Embodiment
In the first year, you’ll study and experience the essential tools of Kundalini Yoga, asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and meditation, through the lens of energetic awareness. Each module aligns with a season and a direction of the Medicine Wheel, allowing the journey to unfold cyclically in harmony with nature. You’ll receive both theoretical understanding and direct experience of how energy moves through the body and psyche, creating balance, insight, and transformation.

Year 2 — Teaching and Transmission
In the second year, the focus shifts from self-mastery to guiding others. Through immersive, in-person training weeks, you’ll learn how to structure and teach classes, hold sacred space, and refine your unique voice as a teacher. This year integrates everything you have embodied, preparing you to share Kundalini Yoga with integrity, confidence, and presence.
Whichever path you choose, the training offers a complete journey, from the inner awakening of practice to the outer expression of teaching.

Year One — Foundational Modules
The journey unfolds through four modules, each aligned with a season and a direction of the Medicine Wheel, guiding you through a full cycle of embodiment, integration, and renewal. We begin by grounding into the body and the elements, awaken awareness through the chakras, purify the mind through meditation and breath, and finally open the voice through sound and vibration. Together, these four passages form a living mandala of transformation.

Voice as Medicine
In autumn, we release what no longer serves and allow the heart to open. This module focuses on sound, vibration, and expression, exploring mantra, voice, and the medicine of resonance. As the cycle completes, we return to the power of presence and devotion, ready to carry the teachings forward.
The training is presented in a way that allows you to prepare the ground for teaching from direct experience.
What you'll learn in Year Two
After completing the foundational year, the journey continues into the art of teaching — where practice ripens into transmission. The second year is a space of integration and expression, designed to help you translate everything you’ve embodied into authentic and transformative classes.
Through two residential training weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in an environment of shared practice, creative exploration, and supportive mentorship. You’ll learn to structure classes with intention, sequence practices from energetic awareness, and guide students safely through physical and emotional processes.
Teaching in this way is not about performance, but presence, learning to listen, to sense, and to allow the teachings to move through you. The focus lies on cultivating the inner alignment and confidence to hold space with clarity and compassion. By the end of the second year, you’ll have gained the knowledge, skills, and lived experience to share Kundalini Yoga as a certified teacher; grounded in practice, guided by wisdom, and connected to the living intelligence of Kundalini Shakti.

Unlocking your Potential
The word training doesn’t fully capture what this is. In truth, it is a sacred vessel of initiation, where ancient teachings are lived, embodied, and passed on. These teachings serve as a key to unlock your being, opening you to the flow of the most primordial power, the innate intelligence of life, the power of the Soul: Kundalini Shakti.
To walk this path as a teacher means allowing Kundalini Shakti to guide your own transformation, so that what you eventually share with others arises not from concept, but from direct experience.

Power of Ceremony
Ceremony runs like a red thread through this training. It reminds us that Yoga is not only a practice of the body and mind, but a sacred dialogue with life itself.
Each module and training week is held within a ceremonial container attuned to the rhythm of the seasons and the cycles of nature. These moments invite you to pause, to honor transitions, and to open space for the teachings to take root more deeply.
Through simple yet profound rituals of presence, sound, and intention, you’ll experience how ceremony unites the inner and outer worlds, turning learning into lived wisdom. It is through ceremony that practice becomes prayer, and transformation becomes remembrance.
Giving depth and meaning to our life experiences
Guidance & Support
Between the training modules, we continue to support your integration through 12 online guided Sadhanas, daily practices that translate the teachings into lived experience. Each Sadhana focuses on the themes of the modules, helping you embody the theory through movement, breath, and contemplation. They serve as a gentle rhythm of practice, keeping you inspired, grounded, and connected throughout the year.
All content is offered through our online learning platform, where you can revisit the recordings, connect with peers, and receive guidance from us in the community space. After each module, we also host live Zoom check-in sessions, moments to share experiences, ask questions, and integrate insights together.

Over the years, we’ve poured our heart and soul into this field of learning and remembrance, a space created to support and inspire those who feel the call to turn inward and walk the path of awakening.

Marieke Janna
Marieke (1978) is a deeply intuitive, soul-centered teacher and guide, devoted to the path of embodied spirituality. Rooted in her years as a theatre director, Marieke brings a finely attuned sense for expression, where energy, presence, and storytelling become instruments of transformation. She brings a rare blend of softness and strength, holding space for deep inner work with clarity, humility, and creative fire. With each practice, she invites others into sacred self-inquiry, energetic realignment, and the alchemy of remembering who they are.

Tim Schipper
Tim (1985) is a grounded and compassionate teacher, whose presence brings clarity, structure, and soulful depth to the path of transformation. With a lifelong curiosity for the inner world, he studied Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and now weaves those insights into practice of Kundalini Yoga. Tim’s approach offers a steady anchor for those navigating change, healing, and inner growth. He holds space with integrity and authenticity, inviting real, lasting change from the inside out.
