In this 11-day Sadhana, we will explore attachments and the impact of past actions. Through daily mantra meditation, you will begin to release blocks and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. This practice allows you to step out of the cycle of karma (action and reaction) and consciously choose actions aligned with your higher self.

The combination of your daily yoga and meditation practice, supported by structured guidance, will help you integrate the effects of this transformative journey into your everyday life.

What You’ll Experience

Daily Video Practice

Each day, you will be guided through an ancient Sanskrit mantra meditation (15-30 minutes). No prior experience is necessary—simply follow along with our 11 unique video recordings designed to support you every step of the way.

Your Daily Practice

Sadhana, your daily practice of yoga, meditation, and self-reflection, is the foundation of your spiritual growth. Over the course of 11 days, you will receive daily guidance through our learning app. This guidance will deepen your understanding, support your self-reflection, and cultivate the unfolding of your consciousness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience in Kundalini Yoga?

No prior (Kundalini) yoga experience is needed. Your motivation and commitment to the practice are all that’s required.

How much time do I need to dedicate daily?

You’ll need about 30 minutes a day for your practice. We start with 15 minutes of mantra meditation and gradually increase to 30 minutes over the course of the Sadhana.

What if I have questions during the course?

You can ask questions and connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and fellow participants through our online community app.

How is the content organized?

All Sadhana content is conveniently organized in the community and learning app for easy access.

For how long do I have access to the Sadhana?

You can access the content of the Sadhana for one year, or more, until we offer the same Sadhana in the School again. 

When should I practice?

You can practice at any time that works best for you. We recommend choosing a consistent time each day to establish a routine.
