Removing the blocks Sadhana

In this 11 day Sadhana we will look at attachments and the impact of past actions. The daily mantra meditation will help you to break free from blocks and limiting beliefs from the past. Removing these blocks means you are stepping out of the cycle of karma (action/reaction) and choose actions that serve your higher good.

The combination of your daily yoga and meditation practice and the accompanying guidance through email will support you to understand and integrate the effects of the practice in your daily life.

Daily Livestream Videos

Every day we'll meditate with an ancient Sanskrit mantra meditation (15 - 30 min). You can practice with 11 different video recordings. You will also have access to the 'Steady Ground' video recording which you can practice at times that suit you best. Previous experience isn't required. 

Your daily Kundalini Yoga practice in combination with our email guidance will give you a steady structure to make a significant change

 

Daily Practice

Sadhana

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. During this Sadhana you will receive 11 daily guidance emails. This guidance will help you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding through self-reflection & contemplation, thus cultivating the unfolding of your consciousness.

√. Previous (Kundalini) yoga-experience is not required. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

√. For this Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 30 minutes a day. 

√. You can choose to join the daily mantra meditation livestream (30 minutes) and/ or practice with the video (recording) steady ground.

√. Every day we practice the same mantra meditation. We start with 15 minutes the first days, and will gradually lengthen the meditation practice to 30 minutes.  

√. You can ask questions in the online community. Here you directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

√. You will receive our guidance email in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

√. You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you.
