In these 11 days we are going to explore and experience the power of our own breath through our daily practice and the accompany guidance through the app. Discover how altering your breath with intention can change your life. Did you ever realise human beings are the only living creatures on this planet who can change their breath by will, not just as an instinctive reaction?

Changing your breath is the highway to changing your awareness. In yogic tradition this conscious control of the breath is called ‘Pranayama’. The breath is one of the most direct ways to affect and manage different states of consciousness, relaxation, and well-being.

We’ll share a Kundalini Yoga Sequence and six different Pranayama meditation videos (breath exercises), giving you the opportunity to experience different pranayama exercises in combination with typical Kundalini exercises, together offering you a balanced and invigorating start to your day.

Daily Practice 

Sadhana

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. The offered guidance will help you to bring forth the required dedication and inner work, as you commit to a daily practice for 11 days. The self reflection & contemplation in combination with asana, breath and mantra will help you to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.

What to expect?

In this 11 day Sadhana we dive deeper into the fourth limb of the Eightfold Path of Yoga, Pranayama. We explore and experience different Pranayama exercises in a new Kundalini Sequence to work on the related themes, organs, emotions, chakras and meridians. Pranayama is learning to control the breath, fully recognising the direct connection between the breath, the mind and our emotional wellbeing. Participation in this 11 day Sadhana will give you:

√. Previous (Kundalini) yoga-experience is not required. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

√. For this Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 20 - 90 minutes a day. You can choose if you practice the full yoga set and/ or meditation or only parts of it.

√. We’ll share 1 Kundalini Yoga sequence and 6 different pranayama exercises, giving you the opportunity to experience the effect of different breath rhythms.

√. You can ask questions in the online community app of which you will receive the link after registration. Here you directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

√. You will receive our daily guidance in the App so you can read it before you start your practice.

√. You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you.
