Going within Sadhana

In this 11 days Sadhana we are going to explore Pratyahara, the fifth limb on the Eightfold Path of Yoga. Pratyahara is considered to be the turning point within the classical system of yoga in which the practitioner learns to draw their awareness even deeper within. The focus of the practice is to strengthen our ability to withdraw the senses from the outside world that always keeps us busy, bringing into practice our ability to consciously choose what we allow to enter our awareness. 

The combination of your daily yoga and meditation practice and the accompanying guidance through email will support you to understand and integrate the effects of the practice in your daily life and contribute towards a deeper learning about the workings of the human mind.

We encourage you to commit to one of the Yoga & Meditation practice daily. You can pick a time of the day to practice that suits you best. You can practice the full Kundalini Sequence to increase your subtle awareness (90 min.) with Marieke. Or you can choose one of the other 2 practice videos. All three practices aim to bring the attention within and to gain insight in the workings of our mind and to clear our perception.

√. Previous (Kundalini) yoga-experience is not required. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

√. For this Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 15 - 90 minutes a day. You can choose if you practice the full yoga set and/ or the 11 minute pranayama meditation. 

√. We’ll share 1 Kundalini Yoga sequence and 1 pranayama meditation to practice daily for 11 days.

√. You can ask questions in the online community. Here you directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

√. You will receive our guidance email in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

√. You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you.
