Destress Sadhana

In these 22 days of Sadhana we explore the stressors in our lives and consciously develop new ways of handling this stress by creating new neural pathways in the brain. Overstimulation and an enduring stress state is what causes many people to suffer from burnout, anxiety and depression. We practice a short and powerful 10 minute Kundalini Yoga Meditation daily to get us out of the overdrive of life and it helps body and mind to relax and restore its energy.

Kundalini Yoga Practice

Practice Videos

For 11 days we meditate together with a new video of the meditation every day. After 11 days you can continue doing the meditation by yourself. You are also invited to practice a full Kundalini Yoga Set 'the Shift' [70 min] at times that suit you best. Previous experience isn't required. You will have 12 months access to the videos.


A meditation [20 min] to regulate your nervous system that will help you feel your strength and resilience, followed by silence to simply rest in our presence.

 


A grounding and balancing Kundalini Yoga sequence [70 min] to help you de-stress and shift into a more creative zone.

 

Your daily Kundalini Yoga practice in combination with our guidance will give you a steady structure to make a significant change

Daily Practice

Sadhana

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. During this Sadhana you will receive daily guidance for 22 days. This guidance will help you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding through self-reflection & contemplation, thus cultivating the unfolding of your consciousness.

√. For this Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 20 minutes a day.

√.You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you. It is recommended to meditate before sunrise or around sunset, because at that time the energy is most neutral for meditation and yoga.
