Destress Sadhana

In these 22 days of Sadhana we explore the stressors in our lives and consciously develop new ways of handling this stress by creating new neural pathways in the brain. Overstimulation and an enduring stress state is what causes many people to suffer from burnout, anxiety and depression. We practice a short and powerful 10 minute Kundalini Yoga Meditation daily to get us out of the overdrive of life and it helps body and mind to relax and restore its energy.

Daily Livestreams

During the first 11 days we'll meditate together via livestream recordings [20 min]. You will also have access to 'the Shift' livestream video (recording), which you can practice at times that suit you best. Previous experience isn't required.

Your daily Kundalini Yoga practice in combination with our email guidance will give you a steady structure to make a significant change

Daily Practice


Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. During this Sadhana you will receive 22 daily guidance emails. This guidance will help you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding through self-reflection & contemplation, thus cultivating the unfolding of your consciousness.
