The focus in this 11 days Sadhana is to become very clear about what you truly want to manifest in your life, honouring your deepest desires. During these 11 days you are going to launch the manifestation process step by step supported by your spiritual practice that will help to clear away subconscious sabotaging patterns.

Kundalini Yoga Practice

daily livestream sessions

For 11 days we practice together via livestream. From 7 - 8.30 AM CET we gather in the virtual sacred space on our website to practice together. If you can't join us live, no worries a recording of the session will be available directly after the session. We will do a beautiful healing practice (90 minutes), letting down our armors, so that we can be in touch with the joyous energy that bubbles up when we have the courage to follow our heart. If 90 minutes is too much of a commitment you can also choose to just do the mantra meditation (15 minutes). Previous experience isn't required.

Daily Practice

Sadhana

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. During this Sadhana you will receive 11 daily guidance emails. This guidance will help you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding through self-reflection & contemplation, thus cultivating the unfolding of your consciousness.

√. Previous (Kundalini) yoga-experience is not required. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

√. For the full Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 90 minutes a day. If this is too much, you can do the (mantra) meditation which takes 15 minutes.  

√. You can join the daily livestream from 7 - 8.30 AM CET and practice together. 

√. Every day we practice the same yoga practice to deepen our experience. 

√. You can ask questions in the online community. Here you directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

√. You will receive our guidance email in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

√. You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you.
