Clear & Focussed Sadhana

Dharana, or one pointed concentration, is the sixth limb on the Eightfold Path of Yoga. It is the entry point of our journey into expanded self-awareness, leaving behind social conditioning and outer identification. 

During these 11 days we take a deep dive into our meditation practice to increase our capacity to concentrate. This allows us to still and focus the mind, creating single pointed awareness that can, like a laser beam, burn through all the layers of misperception and confusion.

The combination of your daily yoga and meditation practice and the accompanying guidance through email will support you to understand and integrate the effects of the practice in your daily life, making you more clear and focussed.

We encourage you to commit to one of the Yoga & Meditation practice daily. You can pick a time of the day to practice that suits you best. In this 11 day Sadhana you will receive 11 meditations that apply different Dharana (one pointed concentration) techniques, such as visualisation, breath focus and various styles of mantra recitation.

This exploration will support you to find the meditation style that suits you best, allowing you to go deep within and discover who you truly are. Besides the 11 meditation videos there is one suggested yoga sequence you can practice before your meditation session when your schedule allows it.

√. Previous (Kundalini) yoga-experience is not required. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

√. For this Kundalini Yoga practice you will need around 15 - 90 minutes a day. You can choose if you practice the full yoga set and/ or the 11 minute pranayama meditation. 

√. We’ll share 1 Kundalini Yoga sequence and 11 meditations to practice daily for 11 days. Every day another meditation. 

√. You can ask questions in the online community. Here you directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

√. You will receive our guidance email in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

√. You can do your practice anytime of the day. We suggest to choose a time that works best for you.
