During this 11 day Sadhana [daily spiritual practice] from 11 – 21 December 2017 we will do the same set of Kundalini Yoga exercises [Kriya] every day. You will practice for 11 days with the video on the Practice page. Our guidance via email and the online community, in combination with your daily Kundalini Yoga practice will give you a steady structure to make a significant change in your daily life.
In this 11 Sadhana we will focus on your kidneys and adrenals to recharge your batteries, fight fatigue and help you diminish the negative side effects of stress. The daily guidance emails will support you in finding your way to flow with live instead of going against the current.
