Our programs are a combination of different Sadhanas (daily spiritual practices), carefully selected to deepen your experience. You'll practice with our videos and receive daily guidance emails filled with soul stirring inspiration, inspiring teachings, insightful self-reflection and directions on how to integrate the effects of the practice into your daily life.
Understanding your Mind Program
In this program we explore the fifth and the sixth limbs of the Eightfold Path of Yoga, Pratyahara & Dharana. We start with understanding more about the workings of the mind through the lens of Ayurveda and we draw our focus within, which is limb number five Pratyahara. As this is an important turning point on the path of yoga we also dedicated the second Sadhana of the pillar to Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses). We end this part of the journey by increasing our capacity for one pointed concentration, the 6th limb named Dharana.
This exploration will be both based in yoga & meditation practice and self-reflection. Besides the 3 guided Sadhanas (daily guidance emails) we offer an extra online Masterclass, a 2,5 hour online workshop that adds to your progress and transformation.
Yoga 'Practice' Program
In this program we explore the third and the fourth limbs of the Eightfold Path of Yoga, Asana & Pranayam. This exploration will be both based in yoga & meditation practice and self-reflection. Besides the 3 guided Sadhanas (daily guidance emails) we offer an extra online Masterclass, a 2,5 hour online workshop that adds to your progress and transformation. No previous experience is required and you can start anytime.
Yoga 'Lifestyle' Program
In this 4 months program we deeply explore the first two limbs of the Eightfold Path, the Yamas & Niyamas. This exploration will be both based in yoga & meditation practice and self-reflection. Besides the 4 guided Sadhanas (daily guidance emails) we offer an extra online Master Class, a 2,5 hour online workshop that adds to your progress and transformation. No previous experience is required and you can start anytime.
Journey into the Heart Program
In this 40 days program you will immerse yourself in a holistic approach of healing and spiritual self-care. Through yoga & meditation we unlock the healing potential of ancient yogic practices. You will be guided to the essence of who you truly are, which is the biggest healing in itself. No previous (yoga) experience is required and you can start anytime.
Purify Yourself Program
In this 40 days Kundalini Yoga Detox program you will do three 11 day guided Sadhanas over a 40 days period with different Kriyas, meditations and a Green Diet. Doing these three Sadhanas will boost your energy, clear emotional patterns and deeply cleanse the subconscious. To deepen the effect of your practice you will receive an extra online Masterclass.
