Kundalini Yoga practice for holding space


In this sequence we use asana practice and pranayama to arrive in our body and to feel at home here. With meditation techniques such as mantra, mudra and a body scan we learn to hold space, in an attentive and accepting way, for whatever presents itself in our physical body and mind.

The session is recorded and is available for you to enjoy whenever you want for 1 year.
