During the Master Plan 2021 we will explore the Eight limbs of Yoga or the Eight-fold Path as described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. These ancient wisdom teachings are still very relevant today and they offer us a guide towards a life with meaning and purpose. Yoga in this sense is way more than just postures, it’s a way of life and a state of being.

Four Pillars 

Implementing the teachings of the eight limbs gives you a firm foundation to grow and expand in consciousness. In the Master Plan they are grouped into four themes to discover, explore and integrate them into your life step by step and day by day. The four themes are designed to serve you as pillars of support to help you keep up, stay steady and inspired.

New Moon New Practice

Moving with the Moon

As we move through the year we will tune into the moon. Each New Moon we offer you a new practice (livestream) that tunes into the energy and the need of the moment. These New Moon practices are linked to the start of your Sadhanas. In this way we meet each other every month in the virtual Sacred Space to stay inspired, motivated and committed to our path.

Eight Limbs of Yoga

The ultimate goal of following the 8 limbed Path of Yoga is the experience of total unionsoness with our Divine Self by training the mind to remove all illusion, misperception and separation through consistent and devoted practice. Throughout this year's program we will look deep into each of the eight limbs, find out what they mean to us and how we can implement their wisdom into our daily lives:

Each ‘Pillar of Support’ comes with a 2,5 hour online Masterclass that ties everything together and they make your learning journey more complete and profound. They offer you both knowledge and experience so that learned knowledge can become your lived experience, in other words wisdom or Self Mastery.

Daily Practice 


Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection and thus it is the backbone of your spiritual growth. During the 11 Sadhanas of your Master Plan you will receive daily guidance emails. This guidance will help you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding of the 8 limbs through self-reflection & contemplation, thus cultivating the unfolding of your consciousness.

After practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years I switched to Kundalini in 2011 and I am teaching on a daily basis ever since. My classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self ­observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self­ discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of my life and I am passionate about sharing this technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and I founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.



As a Yoga-psychologist I integrate the teachings of Kundalini Yoga with Psychology. An early fascination for the mind made me choose to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. Now, I love sharing yogic knowledge via the online Kundalini Yoga School. Besides Kundalini Yoga classes and private consultations with individuals, I also lead journeys & retreats at inspiring locations worldwide. I am grateful guiding students to establish themselves in their hearts, towards a life filled with compassion and kindness.
