The (short) asana practice will be focussed on preparing your body and mind for deep meditation and is followed by a 30 minutes meditation. The first 11 days of the Samadhi Sadhana we will livestream every morning. Asana practice begins at 06.30 AM, meditation at 07.00 AM (CET).
