Expansion/ Creation (meditation)
In this meditation we work with the energies of Jupiter and Saturn, the two Cosmic Teachers related to expansion & Dharma (Jupiter) and contraction & Karma (Saturn). With the mudra we tap into the frequency of our psyche and ‘cut through’ self-destructive subconscious thoughts, allowing us to open up to the newness in ourselves.
