2020 Kick off Meditation


This meditation will help you flow with life with ease and grace. It's a powerful pranayama with a challenging Mudra. Take your time to build up your stamina. Start with 5 minutes as in the video. Once you feel you are building strength and stamina you can add a minute and slowly build up to 11 minutes total. The second part of the meditation with both hands resting on the heart centre remains 3 minutes. Use these minutes to consciously connect to your heart.
