We share a new Kundalini Yoga practice during the first 11 days of the Kundalini Shakti Sadhana from 7.00 till 8.30 AM CET. During this 90 minutes session we will practice asana, mantra meditation and pranayama.

Self-healing & Energy Work
In this session we set a foundation for Self-Healing as we zoom into the workings of the Vayus: the 5 different functions of Prana in the human body. With specific yogic practices we allow a natural balance of the Vayus to occur; this brings harmony and balance to body and mind.
In this session we practice 9 rounds of classic Surya Namaskar combined with traditional mantras and then we’ll dive into a Kundalini sequence to energise our seven energy centres. We finetune our system with a Nadi cleansing pranayama followed by the chanting of the Bija mantras for the chakras.
Kundalini workout - Destress & Release
Proper self care is essential and giving ourselves the opportunity to release sometimes is important to stay balanced, strong and healthy. Marieke created a Kundalini sequence that will help you to release tension, stress and emotional build up from your body and mind.
Going within to reduce fear
In this session Tim is giving you insightful guidance from the Ayurvedic approach on how to reduce fear and anxiety. Marieke is sharing an asana sequence to balance Prana and Apana. Deeply relax during the gong bath, recharge your electro-magnetic field with a dynamic mudra meditation and tune your body and mind into a harmonious vibration with a mantra.
Cleanse the Negative Mind
We do a kriya and meditation to clear the Negative Mind to awaken its highest expression: the need to deeply connect with your Soul. The practice will enhance your patience to listen to the guidance of your Soul and thus allow this powerful creative force to express itself and take form in your life.
