Kundalini breathing - Cleansing the Nadis


Tim will share a pranayama session. Pranayama refers to the yogic practice of breath control and is efficient in balancing the flow of Prana within the nadis. The air we breathe is the most gross expression of Prana (our life force) and through the practice of pranayama we can refine Prana to a subtler state. This brings stillness of mind and develops our higher levels of consciousness.
