In this meditation (20 min) we chant A-U-M and the Pavamana mantra to call upon our higher self to guide us towards our True Self and we’ll sit in silent meditation shortly, to clear ourselves from within.

This session is designed to increase our ability to deeply listen. We open the flow of earth energy in our bodies to feel grounded and secure, strengthen our magnetic field to feel fully present and train our inner ear to deeply listen. In all, this session is an energetic medicine to fully relax into a state of trust.
Destress - Sadhana Sessions
In these 22 days of Sadhana we explore the stressors in our lives and consciously develop new ways of handling this stress. We practice a short and powerful 10 minute Kundalini Yoga Meditation daily to get us out of the overdrive of life and it helps body and mind to relax and restore its energy.
New Moon Solar Eclipse - The Shift
In this session we become more clear on important topics we deal with on a ground level here on earth. These topics, when not well covered, can be a great cause of stress. The session is helping you to make that shift from a stressed out zone into a more creative one.
Kundalini Masterclass - Rebirth
In this extra long (Pink Moon) Masterclass we work with deep Kundalini meditation techniques to release emotions that may have been with you since you were in your mothers womb and that still impact you today. The work we will do is going to be healing you on many levels.

This equilibrium is an opportunity to go into ‘the middle’. During this ceremony we will harmonize and balance body and mind, and meditate to enter the center.

Sequence for the Earth Element

Online Session - Holding Space
In this sequence we use asana practice and pranayama to arrive in our body and to feel at home here. With meditation techniques such as mantra, mudra and a body scan we learn to hold space, in an attentive and accepting way, for whatever presents itself in our physical body and mind.
This sequence works on your digestive organs, stimulates the glandular and lymphatic system and purifies the subtle energetic bodies with pranayama and mantra. It’s a profound and deeply cleansing practice that can bring healing on many levels, the perfect practice to support your Detox.
Centering yourself in truth

Self-healing & Energy Work
In this session we set a foundation for Self-Healing as we zoom into the workings of the Vayus: the 5 different functions of Prana in the human body. With specific yogic practices we allow a natural balance of the Vayus to occur; this brings harmony and balance to body and mind.
In this session we practice 9 rounds of classic Surya Namaskar combined with traditional mantras and then we’ll dive into a Kundalini sequence to energise our seven energy centres. We finetune our system with a Nadi cleansing pranayama followed by the chanting of the Bija mantras for the chakras.

Proper self care is essential and giving ourselves the opportunity to release sometimes is important to stay balanced, strong and healthy. Marieke created a Kundalini sequence that will help you to release tension, stress and emotional build up from your body and mind.
Going within to reduce fear
