Join the 11 day online Sadhana ‘Removing the Blocks’ for free! From the 11th till the 21st of August we will practice a Kundalini Yoga Meditation (11 minutes) with a video shot in ‘the Beatles Ashram’ in Rishikesh, India. We will guide you through the process with daily support emails and you get to connect with each other through the online community.
