Libra, ruled by air and Venus, embodies themes of balance, love, and harmony. This season invites us to cultivate inner peace by connecting to what we love and creating healthy boundaries. When we restore balance within, we gain clarity and resilience in facing life's challenges. Libra teaches that supporting each other while honouring our own paths brings deeper joy and fullfilment.
THIS MONTH'S SADHANA
Inner Peace Sadhana
In this 11 day Sadhana from October 7th - 17th we sow the seeds of peace and patience inside of you through our daily yoga practice and the accompanying guidance. Our daily guidance contains daily Peace Messages to inspire and motivate you and since self observation is an important part of integrating your practice into your daily life you will receive a Peace assignment everyday.
Becoming - Solar Eclipse Session

In alignment with the New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Libra, we’ll explore the Tantric practice of embracing all aspects of ourselves. Through asanas, mudras, and breathwork inspired by the Divine Feminine, we activate our inner potential and connect to the process of "becoming”, a transformative journey toward self-acceptance and growth.
Resilience
Monthly Medicine Meditation (20 min)
A meditation to regulate your nervous system that will help you feel your strength and resilience, followed by silence to simply rest in our presence.
Clarity
Rebalance for Clarity (15 min)
A pranayama practice (11 minutes) to rebalance our system for clarity. It calms an overactive mind and shifts our attention to the potential in this moment, to keep it simple.
Self Regulation
Set for Libra (New Moon)
During Eclipse Seasons we need to prioritize our ability to self regulate our nervous system and our emotions. With this practice you train to regulate your nervous system and restore your inner peace when life throws you out of balance.
Breakthrough
Set for Aries (Full Moon)
Eclipses are always times of revelation and may present a moment of breakthrough for you. This practice opens a doorway to enter a new journey, another level of existence where you can find the confidence to follow our heart.
