11 / 11 The Portal
Free Kundalini Session


This new practice is designed to help you align with the cosmic energies of the 11/11 portal, using breathwork, meditation, and movement to activate your Kundalini energy and open yourself to new possibilities.

Feel

 

To Balance the Nervous System (25 min)


To heal is to feel and to deeply feel we need a strong and balanced nervous system. This short sequence of meditative exercises supports you with that.

 

Healing

 

Healing through the Breath (55 min)


Create a strong pranic container and increase your stamina, allowing you to feel all that is alive in you, holding space for transformation, completion and integration, in short: healing.

Empowerment

 

Inner Sun Activation (90 min)


Create the inner conditions to set yourself free and transform self demeaning behavior into self empowerment. In this session you release stress, harmonize your emotions and build your will power.  

 

Alchemize

 

Rising from the Ashes (90 min)


A session dedicated to the alchemical power of Kundalini Yoga that allows to integrate the essence of past experiences for nourishment and growth.

In this 11 day Sadhana we sow the seeds of peace and patience inside of you through our daily yoga practice and the accompanying guidance. Our daily guidance contains daily Peace Messages to inspire and motivate you and since self observation is an important part of integrating your practice into your daily life you will receive a Peace assignment everyday.
