Cancer

Cancer is ruled by Water and the Moon. This sign is all about feeling and invites us to pay as much, if not more, attention to our feelings as we do to our thoughts. Even though your feelings might not always make sense to your mind, they hold a wealth of information. Cancer encourages us to listen because our feelings point us in the direction of what we need. Moreover, your feelings are the gateway to accessing your intuition. Blocking yourself from deeply feeling cuts you off from a crucial source of information: your intuition.

Your intuition primarily communicates with you through your feelings.

Monthly Medicine Meditation (21 min)


A meditation to draw in the light and the energy of the sun. The mudras in this meditation strengthen your nerves and calm your mind so that you can keep your cool when the heat is on.

 

Expansion

 

Pranayama (21 min)


This pranayama balances the hemispheres of the brain and creates an expansive state of awareness, opening you to experience the multi dimensional layers of reality.

 

Sensitivity

 

Entering the feeling (90 min)


In this session we embrace our sensitivity as a strength rather than a weakness. We will use our ability to feel as an entry point to be in touch with our intuition.

 

 

Overthinking

 

Anchor the light (90 min)


This set impacts the Spleen Meridian to ground and anchor yourself in your body. To further increase your  sense of presence the magnetic field is  strengthened.
