Kundalini Yoga Program (3 months)



In this Kundalini Yoga Program we are going to release stressful patterns through exploring the stressors in our lives and consciously develop new ways of handling stress.

You will receive great tools that support you to live in a harmonious way as they clear the clogged subconscious mind and release tension and emotions from our body and mind.

Our 3 months exploration will be both based in Kundalini Yoga & meditation practice and self-reflection. Besides 3 guided Sadhanas (daily yoga practices + guidance emails) we offer an extra 2 hour online Masterclass, that adds to your progress and transformation.

Sadhana is your daily practice of yoga, meditation and self-reflection. During this program you will receive daily guidance emails. Our guidance helps you to integrate the effects of your practice and deepen your understanding through self-reflection & contemplation.

Sadhanas for exploration


22 days

In this Sadhana we explore the stressors in our lives and consciously develop new ways of handling this stress by creating new neural pathways in the brain. Overstimulation and an enduring stress state is what causes many people to suffer from burnout, anxiety and depression. Our daily practice supports us to get out of the overdrive of life and it helps body and mind to relax and restore its energy.


 40 days

A true feeling of security can never be found in something or someone. We need to feel it deep within ourselves, thus an honest and healthy way of relating to ourselves is key. When we feel a sense of trust within us we can expand it to all areas of our lives and experience how we are being taken care of, always. This gives the chance to deeply relax and rejoice and truly start to enjoy the adventure of life.


11 days

Open yourself from within for Abundance & Prosperity by becoming aware of what is blocking you to experience abundance in your life. For 11 days you will receive inspiring and uplifting guidance while you practice a Yoga and Meditation sequence to help you attract what serves your higher good and the highest good of all.

At the end of each Sadhana there will be a few days for catching up and integration. You can continue your daily yoga practice by yourself until the start of the next Sadhana.

After practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years I switched to Kundalini in 2011 and I am teaching on a daily basis ever since. My classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self ­observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self­ discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of my life and I am passionate about sharing this technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and I founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.



An early fascination for the mind made me choose to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and naturally I integrate the teachings of Kundalini Yoga with Psychology. Now, I love sharing yogic knowledge via the online Kundalini Yoga School. Besides Kundalini Yoga classes and private consultations with individuals, I also lead journeys & retreats at inspiring locations worldwide. I am grateful guiding students to establish themselves in their hearts, towards a life filled with compassion and kindness.
