Thank you for sharing your personal insides of Japji. Very uplifting! I was looking forward to each day. Wahe Guru! -- Sarandev Kaur

I did it! 40 days! Didn't miss one day and I feel proud, strong and full of courage. Tears and sadness passed by, but especially a lot of trust in light & love again. I read about the sister's who lost their brothers, my father committed suïcide this year. This saddhana was really helping me to have peace with it. Thank you for your beautiful guidance and the beautiful things you do for us with the online kundalini yogaschool. Sat nam. -- Alice

Dear two, so thankful for this beautiful journey into vulnerability and Japji, after a so beautiful Italy Retreat, it just blended in... and the voyage continues... thinking a lot about the quote from Yogi Bhajan you mentioned in Italy 'all you need is a big bag of popcorn and a softdrink and just relax and enjoy the show'... I'm enjoying! Thank you, thank you thank you  -- Gina

Sat nam, the experience of these 40 days for me has been heart warming and thought provoking. Each time I have done the meditation I have found it difficult to 'not think' but have been focused to try not to, so being more aware in a different way. Afterwards I always feel space and depth that has been created in my mind and a sense of serenity is present. The pauris of Japji I have looked forward to reading and feel grateful for the thought provoking words. It has definitely made me appreciate and contemplate in a deeper way and be less reactive in certain situations. I feel like I have a special place inside. Thank you so much -- Nikki

Sat Nam! This morning while reading the email it suddenly hit me: Pavan Guru, thats why the divine is in all of us and all around us, the divine is in the air that we breathe. I still have 3 more days of doing the meditation. The emails helped me to understand Japji better and I will continue to read it every morning. Thank you so much for holding the space and your elaborations on Japji. I 'm very grateful  🙏-- Mathilde

Completed 40 days, but it doesn't feel like whoepsie I made it. This morning I even forgot it was the last day 😬I just commit myself to do my practise, and try not to have an opinion or expectation. Thats challenging for me: to keep the criticus still. But just doing my practise has made my live so much easier! I love the Kundalini meditations, so maybe I will continu this one, or switch to another one. The japji is Wonderfull and gives my a lot of inspiration, so I will continu reading and listen to it, and try to chant along. Honestly... I would like to do yoga all day, its my most favourite time of the day. And thats why its so nice to meet you several times in a day online 👍Thx Marieke and Tim for all your effort and this group for sharing -- Maya

Thank you both so much for these lovely 40 days. Sat nam wahe guru! 🙏🏼 -- Carin

After practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years I switched to Kundalini in 2011 and I am teaching on a daily basis ever since. My classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of my life and I am passionate about sharing this sacred technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and I founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.

As a Yoga-psychologist I integrate the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Psychology. An early fascination for the mind made me choose to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. Now, my entrepreneural spirit loves sharing the yogic-teachings via the Online Kundalini Yoga School. Besides Kundalini Yoga classes and private consultations with individuals, I also lead journeys & retreats at inspiring locations worldwide. I am grateful guiding students to establish themselves in their hearts, towards a life filled with compassion and kindness.

What is a Sadhana?

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice, which can be a meditation, mantra, prayer, (kundalini) yoga practice. The sadhanas we share are all based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Is this guided Sadhana going to be a live-stream?

In this Sadhana we work with 1 pre-recorded kriya video on the Practice Page. It is not a live-stream. This will allow you to play the kriya video at a time that suits you best.

Will I receive a different video every day?

No, we will practice the same meditation with 1 pre-recorded kriya video on the Practice Page. This will allow you to play the meditation-video at a time that suits you best.

Can I ask questions during the Sadhana?

Yes, you can ask your questions. We have an online (Facebook) community where you can directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.

Do I need to do this Sadhana at 5 a.m. in the morning?

You don't have to get up at 5 a.m. in the morning. You can do your practice anytime of the day. Choose a time that works best for you. It is recommended to meditate before sunrise, because at that time the energy is most neutral for meditation and yoga.

How much time do I need to carve out for this practice?

For this Kundalini Yoga Kriya 'for transcendence' you will need around 35 minutes each day; including a relaxation afterwards. The assignments and reflections via email will take about 10 minutes each day.

At what time will I receive the daily guidance email?

We send out the emails in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

Do I need previous experience with (Kundalini) Yoga to join this Sadhana?

Previous yoga-experience is not required for this meditation. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.
