A 40 day Online Sadhana to guide you towards more understanding about who you are and why you are here. We all have a divine purpose, discover yours! Gain a new experience of your potential, power and creativity. Your daily practice of the Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation will awaken you to your complete self and bring your soul and destiny present.


Everyday you will do the kriya 'to awaken to your 10 bodies' for 60 minutes and/or the 'Laya Yoga' meditation for 11 minutes. 

Get to know yourself through the numbers of your date of birth, unraveling the Tantric Numerology. The daily guidance via email will teach you step by step to create clarity, give you direction and many new insights to help you discover your path and live your destiny.

After practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years she switched to Kundalini in 2011 and she is teaching ever since. Her classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self ­observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self­ discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of her life and she is passionate about sharing this sacred technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and Marieke founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.




As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and a trained Psychologist Tim integrates the teachings of Kundalini Yoga with Psychology. An early fascination for the mind made him choose to study Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. Besides Kundalini Yoga classes and private consultations he organises journeys & retreats at inspiring locations worldwide. He is grateful guiding students to establish themselves in their hearts, towards a life filled with compassion and kindness.

What is a Sadhana?

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice, which can be a meditation, mantra, prayer, (kundalini) yoga practice. The sadhanas we share are all based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Do I need previous experience with (Kundalini) Yoga to join this Sadhana?

Previous yoga-experience is not required for our Kundalini Yoga-practices. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

Can I ask questions during the Sadhana?

Yes, you can ask your questions. We have an online community where you can directly connect with Marieke & Tim and other community members.

Is this guided Sadhana going to be a live-stream?

In this Sadhana we work with 1 pre-recorded yoga video on the Practice Page. It is not a live-stream. This will allow you to play the yoga video at a time that suits you best.

Will I receive a different video every day?

We will practice the same kriya with 1 pre-recorded yoga video on the Practice Page. This will allow you to play the yoga video at a time that suits you best.

Do I need to do this Sadhana at 5 a.m. in the morning?

You don't have to get up at 5 a.m. in the morning. You can do your practice anytime of the day. Choose a time that works best for you. It is recommended to meditate before sunrise, because at that time the energy is most neutral for meditation and yoga.

At what time will I receive the daily guidance email?

We send out the emails daily in the (early) morning; this will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

How much time do I need to carve out for this practice?

For this Kundalini Yoga Kriya 'for Awakening the 10 bodies' you will need approximately 50 minutes a day; including a relaxation afterwards.
