Sat nam, I'm joining this sadhana with a lot of fun. I like the kriya very much. But it also suprised me how it does work through my life. Normally I have a very busy work schedule. But at this week my schedule became as a wonder empty. No obligations. No appointments. No things to do per se.... Every morning I do the kriya in ease. No hurry. And it feels great. I receive a lot of insights about my life and how things go. And during the day i decide to do what comes to my mind. This "modus operandi " is very rare for me. The themes in the mails are spot on, everyday. Yesterday i didn't read the message with fully attention. So today I read the mail again. And surprisingly yesterday it was a day full of acceptance.... Oeff. And yes I feel the uncertainty because of my empty schedule and what it does mean in the future and for my finance/income. But I learn to trust step by step. And to listen to my inner wisdom. Sometimes a little bit scary, because I easily act in the do mode. And the voice of "my hard worker" is very loud. What a beautifully empowering sadhana! Marieke & Tim, thank you so much for your guidance. The biggest gift of this sadhana has been that the people closest to me had the possibility to share deep grief and pain about their experiences with me. Although still very difficult, I was able to witness it, to stay present, even though I felt shaken, attacked, guilty, disappointed and offended. With the practice I was able to feel what it means to stay present with myself and with them and the gifts that were being given. My classes always are a deepening experience beyond the comfort zone, to discover new dimensions of ‘being’. Self ­observation is playing a key role throughout the practice towards self­ discovery. Teaching Kundalini Yoga is the love of my life and I am passionate about sharing this sacred technology to inspire people on their spiritual journey. Out of this passion Tim and I founded the online Kundalini Yoga School in 2016.

What is a Sadhana?

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice, which can be a meditation, mantra, prayer, (kundalini) yoga practice. The sadhanas we share are all based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Is this guided Sadhana going to be a live-stream?

In this Sadhana we work with 1 pre-recorded kriya video on the Practice Page. It is not a live-stream. This will allow you to play the kriya video at a time that suits you best.

Will I receive a different video every day?

No, we will practice the same meditation with 1 pre-recorded kriya video on the Video Page. This will allow you to play the meditation-video at a time that suits you best.

Do I need previous experience with (Kundalini) Yoga to join this Sadhana?

Previous yoga-experience is not required for this kriya. Your motivation and commitment to the practice is enough.

At what time will I receive the daily guidance email?

We send out the emails in the early morning (your timezone). This will allow you to read it before you start your practice.

Do I need to do this Sadhana at 5 a.m. in the morning?

You don't have to get up at 5 a.m. in the morning. You can do your practice anytime of the day. Choose a time that works best for you. It is recommended to meditate before sunrise, because at that time the energy is most neutral for meditation and yoga.

How much time do I need to carve out for this practice?

For this Kundalini Yoga Kriya 'Open up for Opportunities ' you will need around 60 minutes each day; including a relaxation afterwards. The assignments and reflections via email will take about 15 minutes each day.

Can I ask questions during the Sadhana?

Yes, you can ask your questions. We have an online (Facebook) community where you can directly connect with us (Marieke & Tim) and other community members.
