For a clear mind and to feel good in your skin it is good to eat raw vegetables and fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole-wheat products, nuts, seeds and legumes. - 1 banana
- 4 dates (let them soak in some water before using them, this makes them more soft)
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina or wheat-grass powder.
Blend all the ingredients with your blender and drink immediately. Banana, dates and orange juice contain a lot of vitamins and minerals that help alleviate and prevent depression. Green powders like spirulina and wheat-grass are rich in minerals and trace elements that support your brain.
